What information can help
- Business name, registration details and trading address.
- Licence number or licence document presented.
- Website, quotation, invoice or communication containing the claim.
- Supplier, depot or source details where known.
- Dates, delivery information and transaction records you lawfully possess.
Verify rather than assume
Do not treat a missing document, unusual business name or low price as proof that a wholesaler is unlicensed. Record the specific representation made and the facts that caused concern.
